When will my order ship?
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your package is shipped. All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our handmade candles and bath products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your candle arrives with any issues such as a broken glass container, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace your item promptly at no additional cost.
- To qualify for a replacement, kindly provide a photo of the damaged product and packaging.
- Our replacement policy applies only to products damaged during shipping. We cannot offer replacements for used products or issues arising from misuse.
